Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts and technological breakthroughs
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members using data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry thought leaders to maintain foresight leadership
- Lead immersive future-state workshops with stakeholders to align organizational vision
- Monitor emerging regulations and ethical implications of next-generation technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Future Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight organizations) strongly preferred
