- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps aligned with 2026 technology horizons and market projections
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Identify and validate moonshot opportunities with $10M+ potential impact
- Build predictive models for industry transformation using proprietary foresight frameworks
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with quarterly ROI reviews
- Author thought leadership content positioning Nexus as a 2026 thought leader
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (AGI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience building cross-organizational innovation ecosystems
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socioeconomic drivers of change
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
