- Monitor horizon scanning ecosystems and maintain proprietary trend databases

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into business strategy
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in tech/finance sectors
