- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to embed foresight into innovation pipelines
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual futures outlook publications
- Establish and maintain expert networks across technology, academia, and policy spheres
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for cross-functional leadership teams
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategic foresight publications
