- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof organizational strategies
- Produce actionable white papers and trend reports for C-suite executives
- Design scenario-planning models for climate resilience and sustainable tech integration
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or thought leadership
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic transformation
