- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future workforce and market evolution
- Produce trend reports and predictive models with 95%+ accuracy for 2026-2030 forecasts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging challenges
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, Superforecasting)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum, AGI, climate tech, and biotech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
