Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ strategic vision frameworks incorporating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify future market opportunities and competitive threats
- Produce annual Horizon Scanning reports on emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact assessments
- Design innovation pipelines for next-generation products/services aligned with 2030 sustainability goals
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions using rapid iteration methodologies
- Establish KPIs to measure strategic foresight effectiveness and ROI on innovation initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, biotech convergence, and decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation required
- Exceptional data modeling skills with proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in agile innovation environments
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or industry publications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-strategy roadmaps
