Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive 2026-2030 tech trends
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, engineering, and product teams
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investor forums
- Author thought leadership publications on future-tech convergence
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate commercialization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, emerging tech, or innovation consulting
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate modeling
- Proven track record of launching future-facing products/services
- Advanced degree in relevant field (PhD preferred)
- Deep familiarity with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience scaling global innovation programs
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent
