Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate strategy role
- Proven track record developing and implementing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
