Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic, technological, and sociocultural trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating AI, quantum computing, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with C-suite executives to prototype future-ready solutions
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies in sustainability and biotech
- Mentor junior strategists in futures forecasting methodologies and strategic foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston) or similar
- Experience leading global teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas markets
