Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Proven track record of shipping futuristic products
- PhD or equivalent in CS, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies in R&D environments
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ disruptive tech projects
