- Drive innovation in sustainable tech frameworks (carbon-negative computing)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and emerging tech
- Collaborate with research institutions on 5G+ and IoT-6 deployments
- Establish KPIs for quantum-readiness and AI ethics compliance
- Present breakthrough innovations to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI/ML optimization
- Proven track record of launching quantum-ready products
- Certification in sustainable tech engineering (e.g., AWS Sustainability Specialty)
- Experience with decentralized AI networks and blockchain integration
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future-tech topics
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
