Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces and immersive experiences
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Create technology impact assessments for ethical, environmental, and societal implications

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing or commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Strong background in ethical technology frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate technological domains
- Published research or patents in peer-reviewed journals/conferences
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams through complex R&D cycles
