Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology forecasts and innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Champion ethical technology development and sustainable innovation practices
- Manage a $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Prior success in securing R&D funding for experimental projects
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory landscapes
