Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (2024-2026 horizon) and synthesize actionable strategic insights
- Develop technology roadmaps aligning with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenarios and innovation opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development pipelines
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Monitor competitor innovation strategies and emerging disruptors
- Author thought leadership pieces on technology evolution
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic trends into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
