Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence) to identify strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate-tech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
