Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the development and optimization of Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to ensure ethical AI deployment.
- Oversee the deployment of AI models in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Conduct technical research to evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade LLM applications.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
