Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmap with 5-year strategic vision
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams (AI, robotics, bioengineering) in rapid prototyping
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through investor pitches and grants
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (target: 15+ filings annually)
- Partner with Fortune 500 CTOs on emerging tech adoption
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Track record of launching commercialized innovations (3+ products)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Proven ability to secure $10M+ in venture/government funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature/Science)
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Arabic for global partnerships
