- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems integration
- Drive partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for next-gen policy frameworks
- Oversee P&L for innovation projects with budgets exceeding $15M
- Mentor a team of 12+ specialists across AI ethics, biotech convergence, and space tech domains
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Champion ethical innovation through our proprietary 'FutureGuard' compliance framework
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech or futurism roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech initiatives from concept to $100M+ revenue
- Expertise in regulatory landscape for autonomous systems and biotech
- Proficiency in strategic forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python, Rust, or Julia preferred)
- Security clearance preferred for government partnership projects
