Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation, R&D leadership, or strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with long-term strategic planning and scenario modeling
- Strong background in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating thought leadership in future technology trends
- Certifications in innovation management or futures analysis preferred
