- Manage budget allocation for innovation projects ($5M+ portfolio)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile methodologies and design thinking
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor emerging tech disruptions and competitive intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong financial acumen for managing innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech publications or patents
- Experience scaling from prototype to commercialization
