Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or technology leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 3-5 year market impact cycles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
