Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or strategic R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering 5+ year future-focused projects
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified in emerging technology foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-ready innovations
