Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and federal innovation mandates
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in prototyping quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Secure $5M+ in grants from NSF, DARPA, and private innovation funds
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making algorithms
- Drive patent portfolios with 15+ filings annually in emerging tech domains
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to deploy next-gen sustainability solutions
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and White House Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum computing projects beyond QPU stage
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or sustainable tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Experience securing federal grants exceeding $10M in value
- Portfolio demonstrating commercialization of at least 3 patented innovations
- Certification in ESG impact assessment frameworks (SASB, GRI)
