- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation initiatives
- Establish industry-first standards for ethical AI and autonomous systems
- Build and lead a global team of futurists, engineers, and domain experts
- Secure 3+ patents annually in disruptive technology domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching category-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AR/VR, quantum AI)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience scaling innovation labs from 0 to 100+ teams
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
