Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for future-focused initiatives
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Measure and report on KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing matrixed teams
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Experience securing >$5M in innovation funding or partnerships
