Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to launch of 2026-focused products
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Coordinate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-driven allocation
- Build and lead a 10-person innovation task force
- Monitor emerging tech trends and competitive landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record launching products with 1M+ users
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong background in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and funding strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (papers/patents)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
