Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with proven 2020s-era breakthroughs
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Track record of scaling solutions from concept to commercialization ($10M+ revenue impact)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience managing global remote innovation teams across 3+ time zones
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international stakeholder engagement
