Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in innovation management, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, or quantum systems
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or MBA
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption (patents, whitepapers, or TED talks)
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 3+ time zones
