Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for next-gen AI and quantum computing platforms
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ specialists in rapid prototyping and MVP development
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies to pioneer industry 4.0 solutions
- Drive R&D investments exceeding $5M annually in emerging tech verticals
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends to preempt market disruption opportunities
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureTech accelerator program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven exponential growth impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ market valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ disruptive technologies commercialized since 2020
- Certified in emerging tech governance frameworks (ISO 20700, NIST AI RMF)
