Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026-era technology roadmaps across quantum, bioinformatics, and climate tech domains
- Direct cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and futurists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Forge industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Develop patent portfolios and IP strategies for emerging technology verticals
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption curves and market disruption potential

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology innovation with proven portfolio of shipped products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or corporate funding
