Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with UN SDGs
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ engineers and researchers in rapid prototyping
- Secure $10M+ in venture funding for experimental initiatives
- Develop patent-pending solutions in quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Present at Davos and SXSW to shape global tech policy
- Mentor next-gen talent through our FutureWorks Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 3+ exits or IPOs
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent breakthrough experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Track record of scaling teams from 0 to 500+ employees
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
