Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products by target deadlines
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation experience preferred
