- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation labs
- Present technology vision and investment proposals to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation initiatives and track adoption metrics
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation through compelling business cases
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global organizations
