Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology adoption frameworks for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with commercial viability by 2026
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-concept solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on post-2025 digital transformation trends
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Collaborate with policy teams on regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record in developing 5-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or carbon capture tech
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D initiatives
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published author on technology disruption topics
- Fluency in Mandarin or German (for global partnerships)
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Futures Studies (or equivalent experience)
