Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight frameworks for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech adoption curves
- Identify and validate billion-dollar opportunities in decentralized systems
- Author quarterly innovation briefs for C-suite stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and DARPA programs
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 7+ years in tech strategy at Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published research in quantum computing or neural networks
- Deep expertise in blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method and horizon scanning
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Certification in Systems Thinking or Strategic Foresight
