Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype market-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research for competitive advantage
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI targets
- Build partnerships with NASA, MIT, and global research institutions
- Mentor teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation
- Proven success scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Physics, or Futurism
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar
- Experience with government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Certified in Strategic Foresight (ACF) or equivalent
- Portfolio of launched products with $50M+ revenue impact
