Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market evolution
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track ROI against 2026 milestones

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting

- Expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4, sustainable tech, neuro interfaces)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation (e.g., CFTE, IFTF)
- Experience scaling teams in high-growth tech environments
- Exceptional communication with ability to translate complex concepts to stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ innovation initiatives with $10M+ revenue impact
