- Design and validate future-proof business models for disruptive market shifts
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Mentor next-generation talent in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation management, product strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-facing technologies with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and systemic risk assessment for complex ecosystems
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in future-focused journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
