Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 3-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Secure strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in agile methodologies and future-tech adoption
- Analyze market gaps and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities
- Drive innovation KPIs and ROI measurement across 15+ projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in tech
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT)
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, PDMA)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in English and proficiency in data visualization tools
