Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 10+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record launching 3+ market-defining tech products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or circular economy systems
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
