Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with market trends and business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Partner with product teams to translate strategic insights into actionable development plans
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and ROI tracking for future-facing initiatives
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible technology deployment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Track record of launching successful future-focused products or services
- Strong stakeholder management with executive communication capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., WFS, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
