Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive threats and opportunities in 2026+ tech landscapes
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business growth objectives
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and technical specialists
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive innovations from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, generative AI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating transformational tech initiatives
