- Present strategic foresight reports to executive board and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Build partnerships with leading research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
- Represent FutureWorks at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams in agile environments
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
- Portfolio of successfully launched innovations generating >$100M revenue
