Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic and industry leaders
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Drive patent strategy for future-proof intellectual property
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (post-2025)
- Expertise in at least 2 of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network with Silicon Valley research institutions
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for global collaboration
