Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging business models
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members for strategic approval
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal education and change management initiatives
- Monitor global innovation metrics and adjust strategies to maintain competitive positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or future-tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative technology initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or biotech
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future-tech publications
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
