Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends impacting post-2025 business landscapes
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams executing pilot programs for 2026-ready solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate development, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in future-casting methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in strategic planning frameworks (e.g., SWOT, PESTEL, Porter's Five Forces)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
