Qualifications
- 10+ years in product innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent training
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation funding
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
