- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Build and mentor a world-class innovation lab team of 15+ specialists
- Drive strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and board members securing $50M+ in funding
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts to preempt market disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership with proven Fortune 500 impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products generating $100M+ revenue
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional stakeholder management across global executive teams
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major industry platforms
- Experience scaling innovation teams from 5 to 50+ members
