You'll work alongside Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government futurists to build tangible roadmaps for the next technological revolution.
Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AI autonomy)
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present disruption scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $10M+ innovation budgets for experimental projects
- Author white papers on future-of-work implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or corporate innovation
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Advanced degree in STEM, Economics, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, CB Insights)
- Experience with agile/lean innovation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech or business journals
- Security clearance preferred (for government collaboration)
